James M. McGrane

James is an associate at Bromberg & Sunstein, where he is a member of the firm's intellectual property litigation, trademark, and copyright practice groups.  James' practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution. 

Experience

• James represents clients in a variety of patent litigation matters, including representation of an inventor asserting his patent against a Fortune 500 company in the telecommunications industry.
• James also advises clients in the development and management of their U.S. and international trademark portfolios, including the prosecution of trademark applications and enforcement of trademark registrations. 

Professional and Community Involvement

• Member of the American Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
• Volunteer writing coach for the 8th Grade Academy, a Citizens Schools program that recruits lawyers to teach writing skills to Boston eighth graders.
