Kathryn E. Noll

Kathryn E. Noll is an associate at Bromberg & Sunstein. Kate has extensive experience in patent and trademark preparation and prosecution matters, product clearance, and intellectual property litigation.  Kate’s experience includes counseling clients with respect to their intellectual property in a wide array of technologies, including microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), optical systems, mechanical and medical devices, metallurgy, and semiconductor devices and processes, both in the U.S. and abroad. 

Experience

  • Kate has served as in-house counsel to an automatic test equipment manufacturing company. 
  • Before becoming an attorney, Kate worked for over ten years as a research engineer designing and conducting studies primarily in the metallurgical and semiconductor fields.

  • Kate is a member of the American Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, the Boston Patent Law Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
