Keith E. Toms
Keith Toms is an associate at Bromberg & Sunstein and an active member of the firm’s IP litigation, trademark, and copyright practice groups. Keith has a broad range of experience litigating complex patent disputes across technologies ranging from biotechnology to sports equipment. He is also experienced in trademark portfolio management and complex trademark litigation, with a particular focus on the prosecution and enforcement of trademarks in the pharmaceutical industry.
