Steven A. Abreu

Steven Abreu is an associate at Bromberg & Sunstein. Steve focuses on trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation in the United States and abroad. Steve also handles intellectual property licensing and policing and defending trademarks including non-traditional trademarks. Steve enjoys working with clients to ensure that the totality of their intellectual property is protected and secure, and to educate them on new opportunities to develop and protect their trademark portfolio.

Experience

• Steve has successfully represented a number of clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and federal courts. 
• Steve has filed and prosecuted hundreds of trademark applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and assisted clients with their applications throughout the world.
• Previously, Steve was a trademark associate at a large Midwestern law firm where he represented several world famous consumer product companies and helped protect their invaluable brand names.
