Keith E. Toms

Keith Toms holds degrees from Augustana College (B.A. Philosophy and Political Science, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and Harvard Law School (J.D.). Keith’s litigation practice focuses on complex intellectual property and business litigation. This includes patent, trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition litigation in cases involving medical technology and computer software. In addition, Keith counsels clients regarding trademark prosecution and enforcement.

Keith is author of the Bromberg & Sunstein newsletter article, "Geico v. Google — Digital Advertising Survives Round One" and co-author of a National Law Journal article, "Technology and Copyright Tend to Find Equilibrium." While at law school, Keith was Executive Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology, and the briefing-book editor for the Berkman Center's conference, Signal to Noise II. Keith has been admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
